Yes, you can. In order to cancel your order you have 12 hours to do so before it is processed.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Shipping usually takes 2-3 weeks from the day of order. Disclosure also depends on your carrier as there may be delays on their end. We have no control of the order after it has been shipped.

How Long Will It Take To Process My Return?
Once you have shipped back your return it can take 5-10 business days from when we have received your return. Returns shipping labels are not provided by GIPSY. How to Return
Don't love it? We'll gladly accept your eligible return items within 30 days of purchase for refund or store credit, provided that your item is unworn, unused, and still has its original tags attached. The handling fee is the responsibility of the customer and will receive a refund for the items bought not for the Shipping/Handling fees. Please see our exclusions for refund below. GIPSY is NOT responsible for goods lost or stolen in shipment and customer is required to file a claim on their own behalf if item is tracked delivered but not received. Customs fees for international shipments are the customer’s responsibility.
If your return does not meet the above requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you immediately. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage that has not been reported.

Any credit card charge-backs will be handled by our collection agency. You will automatically be put into collection if we receive a chargeback for products we shipped to your shipping address. Our collection agency will start billing you if they are not paid within 30 days and your information will be reported to the Credit Bureau Agency. We strongly recommend that you contact us before simply filing a chargeback, this may help avoid ruining your credit. Received damaged or the wrong item?
If you are returning an item that was damaged upon receipt, or have received the wrong item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by email with a description and images of the issue to email@example.com before processing your return as a defective item/wrong item received.
