Can I change or cancel my order? 

Yes, you can. In order to cancel your order you have 12 hours to do so before it is processed. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipping usually takes 2-3 weeks from the day of order. Disclosure also depends on your carrier as there may be delays on their end. We have no control of the order after it has been shipped. 

Holiday Season 

do to holiday seasons the time of deliveries maybe longer orders can take up to 11-14 days pass your do date for your order being shipped out

Do to Covid delivery companies may have slower times for delivery do to non-vaccinated issues 

Do you send orders express worldwide? 

Yes, we offer this as an extra cost that can be found at checkout.

How much is the shipping cost? 

Standard Shipping cost is $6.95 

Express Shipping cost is around $44-$75 in USA or Canada 

International fees can be found at the checkout.

Do I need to pay customs fees, import duties and taxes? 

Unfortunately, this one is out of our hands. Please contact us if you are charged deities fees we may be able to help. 

I think my order is faulty 

Thank you for letting us know, please go ahead and send us the information you have that you believe is faulty and we will help you to process a refund.

Do you offer refunds? 

Yes, we do. You have 30 days to exchange or return your order to receive a full refund. Full disclosure of the items condition is needed and it is up to the customers to pay the return fees 

How Do I Check My Order Status? 

Please log into your account to find all your orders information or check your email to find your order confirmation and click on view my order. We also sent you information of your shipped order.

How Do I Use A Coupon or Promo Code? 

You can use your code at checkout. If we are having a promotion offer, you will not have to do anything it will be in your cart once you checkout.

How Long Will It Take To Process My Return? 

Once you have shipped back your return it can take 5-10 business days from when we have received your return. Returns shipping labels are not provided by GIPSY. And is the responsibility of the customer at this time. ( We are working on updates ) We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause or customers at this time.

Do you offer exchanges? 

Yes, we do. You have 5 days from receiving your order to exchange the item purchased. 

Can online purchases be returned to the GIPSY Boutique? 

( YES ) All orders can be returned, must be shipped back by customers we are not responsibility for the return lab all returns can be shipped back to our address in London Ontario. Address that will be emailed to you for returns and exchanges.

How to Return

Don't love it? We'll gladly accept your eligible return items within 30 days of purchase for refund or store credit, provided that your item is unworn, unused, and still has its original tags attached. The handling fee is the responsibility of the customer and will receive a refund for the items bought not for the Shipping/Handling fees. Please see our exclusions for refund below. GIPSY is NOT responsible for goods lost or stolen in shipment and customer is required to file a claim on their own behalf if item is tracked delivered but not received. Customs fees for international shipments are the customer’s responsibility. 

If your return does not meet the above requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you immediately. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage that has not been reported.

Exchange Policy

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us to process a return for store credit or refund. Once returned items have been received a store credit code will be emailed to you to purchase whatever style or sizes you prefer.

Credit Card Chargebacks & Scams

Any credit card charge-backs will be handled by our collection agency. You will automatically be put into collection if we receive a chargeback for products we shipped to your shipping address. Our collection agency will start billing you if they are not paid within 30 days and your information will be reported to the Credit Bureau Agency. We strongly recommend that you contact us before simply filing a chargeback, this may help avoid ruining your credit. We take credit card scams very seriously and we will do our best to avoid any inconvenience to our customers, please email us with your concerns.

Received damaged or the wrong item?
If you are returning an item that was damaged upon receipt, or have received the wrong item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by email with a description and images of the issue to contact@shop-gypsy.com before processing your return as a defective item/wrong item received.
